1. Retort bags

Design reason:
PET: high temperature resistance, good rigidity, good printability and high strength.
PA: high temperature resistance, high strength, flexibility, good barrier properties, puncture resistance.
AL: Best barrier properties, high temperature resistance.
CPP: high temperature cooking grade, good heat sealing, non-toxic and tasteless.
PVDC: High temperature resistant barrier material.
GL-PET: ceramic vapor deposition film, good barrier property, transmits microwave.
Choose the appropriate structure for specific products, most of the transparent bags are used for cooking, and AL foil bags can be used for ultra-high temperature cooking.

Design structure: BOPP/VMCPP
Design reasons: BOPP and VMCPP are both very scratchy, BOPP has good printability and high gloss. VMCPP has good barrier properties, retains fragrance and prevents moisture. CPP oil resistance is also better.

Design structure: KPA/S-PE
Design reasons: KPA has excellent barrier properties, good strength and toughness, high compound fastness with PE, not easy to break the package, and good printability. Modified PE is a variety of PE blends (co-extrusion), with low heat sealing temperature and strong resistance to sealing pollution.

S-CPP has good low temperature heat sealing and oil resistance.

Design structure: BOPP/VMPET/S-PE
Design reasons: BOPP has good printability, good gloss, good strength and moderate price.
VMPET has good barrier properties, avoids light, has good toughness, and has metallic luster. It is better to use reinforced PET aluminum plating, and the AL layer is thick.
S-PE has good anti-pollution sealing and low temperature heat sealing.

Design reasons: PA, PET, PVDC have good oil resistance and high barrier properties. PA, PET and PE have high strength, and the inner layer of PE is special PE, which has good resistance to sealing pollution and high airtightness.

Design reasons: The outer layer of PE has good gloss and high mechanical strength, the middle layer of PE is the strength bearer, and the inner layer is a heat-sealing layer, which has light-proof, barrier and heat-sealing properties.

Design reasons: AL, PA, VMPET have good barrier properties, water and gas barrier properties, and PE has good heat sealing properties.

Packaging requirements: good barrier properties, avoid light, beautiful printing, low temperature heat sealing.
Design structure: pure chocolate-varnish/ink/white BOPP/PVDC/cold sealant, brownie-varnish/ink/VMPET/AD/BOPP/PVDC/cold sealant
Design reasons: PVDC and VMPET are high barrier materials, and the cold sealant can be sealed at a very low temperature, and the heat will not affect the chocolate. Since the nuts contain more oil and are prone to oxidative deterioration, an oxygen barrier layer is added to the structure.

The PH value of neutral beverages is >4.5, sterilization, and high barrier properties.
Design structure:
Acidic beverages: PET/PE (CPP), BOPA/PE (CPP), PET/VMPET/PE
Neutral beverages: PET/AL/CPP, PET/AL/PA/CPP, PET/AL/PET/CPP, PA/AL/CPP
Design reasons: For acidic beverages, PET and PA can provide good barrier properties, pasteurization resistance, and prolong shelf life due to acidity.
For neutral beverages, AL provides the best barrier properties, high strength of PET and PA, and high temperature sterilization resistance.

12. Liquid detergent three-dimensional bag

Packaging requirements: high strength, impact resistance, burst resistance, good barrier properties, good rigidity and can stand upright, resistance to stress cracking, and good sealing.
Design structure:
①Stereo: BOPA/LLDPE; Bottom: BOPA/LLDPE.
②Three-dimensional: BOPA/enhanced BOPP/LLDPE; Bottom: BOPA/LLDPE.
③Three-dimensional: PET/BOPA/reinforced BOPP/LLDPE; Bottom: BOPA/LLDPE.
Design reasons: The above structure has good barrier properties and high rigidity of materials, which is suitable for three-dimensional packaging bags, and the bottom is flexible and suitable for processing. The inner layer is modified PE, which has good anti-sealing pollution. Reinforced BOPP increases the mechanical strength of the material and enhances the barrier properties of the material. PET improves the water resistance and mechanical strength of the material.

13. Aseptic packaging cover material

Packaging Requirements: Sterile when packaged and used.
Design structure: coating/AL/peel layer/MDPE/LDPE/EVA/peel layer/PET.
Design reason: PET is a sterile protective film, which can be peeled off. When entering the sterile packaging area, the PET is uncovered to expose the sterile surface. The AL foil peel layer is peeled off by the customer while drinking. The drinking hole is punched in advance on the PE layer, and the drinking hole is exposed when the AL foil is uncovered. AL foil is used for high barrier, MDPE has better rigidity, better thermal adhesion with AL foil, LDPE is cheap, VA content of inner layer EVA is 7%, VA>14% is not allowed to directly contact with food, EVA low temperature heat sealing is resistant to sealing pollution good sex.

14. Pesticide packaging

Packaging requirements: Since the highly toxic pesticides seriously endanger personal and environmental safety, the packaging requires high strength, good toughness, impact resistance, drop resistance, and good sealing.
Design structure: BOPA/VMPET/S-CPP
Design reasons: BOPA has good flexibility, puncture resistance, high strength and good printability. VMPET has high strength and good barrier properties, and can use incremental thickening coating materials. S-CPP provides heat sealing, barrier corrosion resistance, and uses terpolymer PP. Or use multi-layer co-extruded CPP containing high-barrier EVOH and PA layers.
